Angry Tracks - v0.2.0 bug-fixes

v0.2.0 introduces a few bug-fixes to help smooth out the play experience.
Changes:
- Remove duplicate rail blocks in the game scene. This should increase performance.
- Make battery pickup use centre of screen instead of mouse position. This improves picking up the batteries in the WebGL player.
- Smooth out the camera in the title scene. This helps reduce the jitters in the title scene.
